The Mundane

Yesterday, as I was walking across and outdoor train platform in Brooklyn, I noticed the early evening sky. I was looking at it and I jus noticed how awesome it looked, how big...and I wondered why I had never taken the time to look at it before. It made me feel really good and free to look at it and I started to feel that itch in my feet again. To go back to Tokyo and see the sun set there. I realized that I had never seen the sun set in Japan. That land of the rising sun..haha. I guess I was so caught up in the moving pulse that is Tokyo that I never looked up. That's something, to be so caught up that you stay in a sort of automated state all of the time.
